How far in advance should I book my charter coach rental?
The further in advance you can book your charter, the better. Although JTR has a large fleet, there are certain times of the year when we sell out of buses! To guarantee availability for your dates, we recommend getting a quote and booking as soon as you are able.
Can we reserve the coach without making a deposit?
Our booking system only has quotation and booked status. JTR does not “hold” buses. You are either in quote status or booked status. In order to ensure you have the transportation you need we recommend booking as soon as you are able.
What are the payment requirements?
A $100 per vehicle deposit is due 90 days prior to the departure date. If you book within the 90 days we require the deposit with 10 days of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the departure date.
What are your cancelation terms?
All cancellations must be received 14 days prior to receive a full refund. A $200 per bus per day charge will be uncured for all buses canceled within 14 days of your departure. Any bus canceled 72 hours prior to departure date will be charged the full amount of the charter.
I do not have an exact itinerary; can I still receive a quote?
Yes, but we need the best information you can give us at the time of the quote. This includes date, approximate times, pick up and destination. Having all of this information will help us give you the most accurate price possible. If you are not sure of the details we can give you a quote, but please note, changes to the itinerary may result in changes to the price quoted.

This includes having adequate addresses for the locations you plan to visit and any other details to best prepare routing. You can call our office to make payment over the phone with a credit card or mail a check with your charter number in the memo .
